I have been attending JFK for all of my life and I am winding down on my last months of my time here in High school. The morals instilled upon me from this private institution provided the foundation for my future success in the real world. Rigorous Coursework and high academic standards, make JFK like no other school around. The environment is very positive and I can attest that the schools motto of "we are a family" holds true. One P.E teacher in particular, displays what it means to be apart of the Kennedy Family. His upbeat personality and concern for the well being of his students makes him a role model for students to look up to. The technology ratio is 1:1 providing students with a sense of what it is like to be in a post-secondary schooling environment. If you decide to come here, make sure you stop in to the Kennedy Café and grab some cookies.

Overall, Kennedy is a good high school. I feel like I’m ready for college and I’ve had many opportunities in sports, service work, theater, and other extracurriculars. The academics are solid, but some teachers obviously care more than others. The administration plays favorites with certain families and the discipline isn’t always fair.
John F Kennedy is a private school. It is like a small family, class sizes are small so more one on one interaction. The grading scale is higher than public schools, and teachers teach as if they are preparing you for college. Managing your workload is a must, but teaches students responsibility and organization.
