From John Carroll Catholic High School

JCCHS is a college preparatory school that forms young people who are inspired by a passion for learning and seek to lead lives of significance in service to God and others. Marked by growth in character and virtue, along with high academic standards, Cavalier students are change-makers who are guided by the beauty of faith in all they do. A John Carroll education goes beyond the classroom as we seek to educate and inspire the whole person; academically, athletically, creatively, and spiritually.

Students consistently achieve well above the state and national averages in many academic categories, in the 18 AP courses we offer and on the ACT. We are proud to have three National Merit Semifinalists in the Class of 2023!

John Carroll's campus is located conveniently just "over the mountain" along the beautiful and revitalized Lakeshore Parkway corridor. We have an esteemed 75 year tradition of educating students from over 25 different communities throughout the Birmingham area.
