Miller Middle School has definitely made me improve in all my subjects. The quality of the students at Miller is unlike most other schools, and I have been to another Middle School In CUSD too, so I can easily say Miller is much better than most schools.
Miller Middle School is a great school to join, friendly staffs and students, also academics and sports are really good. Some teachers, though, really need to change...
It was overall a good school with good opportunities.
I hear that they have been expanding their extracurricular options since I have graduated.
I think it prepared me to perform well in Lynbrook High School where most of the school's graduates go.

Miller prepares you for the surrounding high schools, is relatively competitive but has an environment that places too much emphasis on grades and less on student's wellbeing. However, recently there have been some changes regarding student mental health that seem promising.
I loved it there, but it's dependent on the teachers most of the time. I loved woodshop, French (there, but not now), some of the math teachers (go ms. yen!), and some of the history teachers too.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the environment is very safe. However, there is not much diversity and the clubs available are limited.
There is peer pressure to be the top of the class.
Miller offers a plethora of advance classes as well as various academic programs, such as AMC10. There is a fair amount of workload, but it makes high school a lot easier.
The rigor at Miller really prepared me for high school.
