Jimmy carter is very good at attending the students wants and needs in education. Pretty awesome staff, and AMAZING teachers as well. Jimmy carter is a blue ribbon school and I am very proud to be apart of it. The administration cares about their students and will go to the moon and back for them. Totally recommend it! Excellent service for students and teachers as well.
Jimmy Carter Early College High School is a campus I would recommend, for it is a blue ribbon school. Behind the award day-to-day the teachers offer a good education, and a welcoming experience. The students get along well and become like a family by the end of the year with the activities held during the school. The academic performance is rigorous and fully prepares students to become college ready. During November, students are able to participate at the South Texas College Tournament in sports such as: volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Moreover, throughout the year, pep rallies are held to educate students about anti-bullying, suicide prevention, and being drug free. Other activities include dances and contests being held by the different clubs that form the campus.
My overall experience at Jimmy Carter has been fantastic. The best part about the school are the teachers. They really try to help ease your experience through senior year. Since the school has a small population of students, the communication between teachers and students is excellent, which really helped me learned easier and faster. I would definitely recommend this school to any upcoming Freshmen.
