Jesus Is Lord Christian School Reviews
Rating 3.67 out of 5 3 reviews
My kids attended Jesus Is Lord years ago. I was very impressed with how the school was run and the results I saw in my childrens' attitudes, level of maturity, grades and overall sense of security they exhibited. Unfortunately, we decided we could no longer afford to send them to school. I highly recommend Jesus Is Lord Christian School but I would very much like to see band implemented into the curriculum. All four of my kids were in band in public school and it was a wonderful experience for them. In fact, band class was the only reason they decided to stay in public school when we were finally able to financially afford to enroll them in Jesus Is Lord once again. If anyone is wondering if they should consider Jesus Is Lord Christian School, I would say to them go for it! Nowhere else will your children achieve academic excellence along with learning about the love of Christ through the curriculum and the wonderful, caring staff employed there.
I absolutely loved being at Jesus Is Lord because of the friendly, Christian, and loving environment there. Being at Jesus Is Lord provided me with much one on one teaching, and the teachers there were very helpful in preparing the students for college.
Incredibly intense racism. No child should be called a terrorist by the students, and the head of the school laugh along and say "I ran away from iran". Every single teacher there except the 12th grade teacher my years there were mentally abusive. No child should be told they're going to hell for being Catholic. No child should be encouraged to cut themselves and throw up by students, and the teachers WATCH and turn a blind eye because of the students background of their skin not being white as snow: I watched this same treatment happen to others who weren't blue eyed blondes, dare I say not as intense as my treatment. I to this day am on meds and have to have therapy because of all the years of torment that preacher and his staff put me through. This is far beyond bullying. I pray God has mercy on this place, and I feel awful for any Asian/middle eastern/Spanish students who go there. Allen especially dislikes them.
