This school has blessed me with so many awesome opportunities, from the academics to the sports. TJHS is by far the best school in San Antonio, we have an amazing band, color guard, and my favorite- Majorettes!

My overall experience of going to this school has been enjoyable. The teachers that work there seem to care about their students, and want to see us succeed. There's many different classes to chose from, and at different levels depending on what we pick.
My overall experience here at Jefferson has been one of a kind and genuine. I'm glad I chose to come to this high school! We are a very traditional high school from our school architecture to our basic traditions in organizations. My favorite experiences have to be at games and pep rallies where everyone is chanting and having an awesome time enjoying their school spirit. Even the parents get involved in most of these activities. Most schools around Jefferson and basically in San Antonio cannot compare to us. Our school is not entirely new compared to other schools and we do not have high funding compared to other schools as well, but our value towards the school and everyone and everything pertaining to Jeff is highly valued to us. The students try to keep our school clean and respect it because we are the ones who attend this school. Even though we do not have free dress regularly like other schools, have "easy" classes with "chill" teachers, we do have students that understand why sometimes we choose to stay in uniforms due to unfortunate reasons, we have energizing classrooms filled with strenuous work that will prepare us for a higher education and the real world.
