I like the opportunity for flexibility in my schedule. I just wish that the teachers were easier to get ahold of and the steps for enrollment had too many processed involved that were not explained very well. When I would ask a question about any portion of the enrollment process, I was made to fill as if I was asking an unimportant question. I brought my mom even though I am 18 and they wouldn't answer any of her questions and told her she didn't even need to be there.

I loved the individualized experience at Jefferson County High School. I was able to work at my own pace and to earn my diploma a year and a half early despite only attending class for three hours a day. The online style of learning allowed me to complete work at home and in the classroom which was useful. The staff at the location I attended were encouraging and helpful and I couldn't see myself anywhere else.
I'm just here to graduate and learn. I am not looking to meet a new best friend because my goal is to focus on school, get scholarships and hopefully be able to afford college.
