Jane Addams Middle School Reviews

1 review
When it comes to education, the school doesn't rank that high in my own opinion. The curriculum could be a tad bit more challenging and focused. The teachers, depending on which you have, might turn out to be great or not so great. Some enjoy the subject they teach, and others will hand you a worksheet to kill time. When it comes to diversity, due to the school being situated in a heavily Latino community, a majority of the school is of Hispanic descent, which is necessarily not its fault. Student life is what you expect. Pretty clique centered and revolves not on your grades, but more on who your friends are. School spirit is predominantly high inside the school, but outside of school, I found nobody really saying anything with pride. My experience was rocky, but by the end of it, I thought it went well. Overall, the school could fair better with more attention to education on the student's (and sometimes teacher's) part, more funding, and more attention to detail.
