For any teenager looking for an amazing place to finish growing up and begin their college years and their adulthood, look no further than Jamestown High School! With an amazing culture that will last for decades, and with inclusive music programs dating back over a century, JHS will have anything a prospective student. Even though it is well within a poverty stricken area of Western New York, it is a diamond-in-the-rough, and is a shining jewel on the crown of what is possible when members of this generation, aided by amazing teachers, willing parents, and a community like no other, work hard to overcome their surroundings.

JHS, all things considered, was a pretty good place to learn and grow. Despite the bad rap it tends to be given, JHS is a place where one can find friends and courses one wants to take that one would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. I honestly had a really good time at JHS, and recommend the music and art departments as the most substantial. They're areas that are normally forgotten about, but JHS offered courses that several of my college peers have never even heard of.
Considering other schools in the area, I think the high school is great. The teachers actually care about the students, and the different teaching techniques brings greater diversity and makes learning more enjoyable.
