Jackson Middle School Reviews

Overall, Jackson was a pretty good school and gave me an opportunity to get a higher-than-decent education. The school has a Maclab, which allows students to learn on an operating system that few other schools have. The school's IB and AVID Programs also allow students to receive a great education. However, during my time there, I felt that the teachers and staff didn't give the students very much freedom during free periods (such as lunch), which doesn't prepare them for the atmosphere of High School life. Other than that, I have almost no complaints.

The school environment needs a update in general. Jackson was a good place to learn about what good and what’s bad. I feel like faculty should keep a closer eye on students especially at this age range. The school at times should be a little more easy in rules but only when not mistreated. Last thing will be that the school focuses to much at times on its academic image rather than its diverse image.
