Jack London Elementary School Reviews

I enjoyed how diverse it was. I was a new student and the others were welcoming. But I thought the teachers could have tried more and gave more effort in their curriculum. Just felt like they didn't care about our education and let the children do whatever we wanted. There was barely any punishing or enforcing of the rules. The children there weren't well-mannered and didn't care about their education or learning in any way. I felt like I was at a daycare where the caregivers were just ignoring their responsibilities. It was in a bad neighborhood and it definitely needed volunteer parents to watch the children get picked up or make sure they were safe in anyway. Sometimes I had to walk home and I didn't feel safe just walking a couple of blocks away. There was also a lot of bullying going on that no attention was paid to, the cliques that formed were acting liking like they were in gangs because of their family members.
