The school has very good career oriented programs, but if you don’t like your specialty it’s a difficult process to change because the counselors don’t have time to accommodate for your every need and sometimes they might not even want to. Some teachers are better at teaching than others but that’s expected. However, the school is very competitive academically, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes I feel as if there’s more emphasis on getting better grades than on actually learning. The school doesn’t have any sports besides swim but it has various clubs to make up for it.
Attending this school for about 3 years has been amazing I've learned many things. This school gives more opportunities than a regular high school. Attending this school gave me the opportunity to be apart of the dental class and being able to become a registered dental assistant. Its amazing how we can receive this registered assistant certificate while we are still in high school and at age around 17 years old. When people who are taking college classes to accomplish this. Its a wonderful experience to attend this school, I really recommended it!
