My experience at Ivy Continuation High School was a really great one. Where I did terrible in the regular High School, at this school I had my teachers paying closer attention to the students. Along with regular classes, I also took extra online classes to catch up on credits and learned quite a few things from the classes here. Like Economics and Photography are two classes I took. It's a small campus and really should only be a choice if you do not do well in the regular high school, but it is not the terrible school it is made out to be. Most kids here also paid attention to their own things so I hardly saw any bullying here, just everyone minding their business in a small place. Also the lunches are the best part, during holidays there's a huge feast that I miss today.

When I attended Ivy it was nice environment for students and teachers. It’s very welcoming and makes you look forward to going to school. I hate to compare it but the teachers and counselor here actually TRY and put in the effort to help minorities with their future education unlike Fallbrook High. After school programs are available and extra classes for those wanting to graduate on time or early. Definitely recommend this school to any student. It helped me and opened my eyes to further my education. Thanks to their guidance and support (as well as my parents), I will be transferring from a Community College to a UC/CSU next Fall.
Experience was good to just finish & get out, although Ivy High school doesn’t challenge its students.
