Itaskin Education Center Reviews
Rating 4 out of 5 1 review
I mainly attended as a student of ISD 318 during my middle school years. Aside from attending public school in the third grade, I had been home schooled up to the point when I joined in the sixth grade. I was a more quiet, shy student who had few connections in class, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and soon I became accustomed to middle school life. I did not partake in many extra-curricular activities, so I did not build as much of a social life as other students. During the seventh and eighth grades, I experienced issues between myself and a select few students who held opposite beliefs as myself, which escalated into heated tensions many times. The issues, however, were resolved quickly and effectively by the school staff, for whom I held great respect. Overall, I would say that this is a very good school district, with staff who are able to create and monitor a healthy school environment, while also offering an easy-to-learn learning program.
