I.S. 93 - Ridgewood Reviews
Rating 3 out of 5 5 reviews
My overall experience with the teachers was very poor except for a few teachers, one in particular made their zoom meetings very long sometimes extend to two hours and made the tests extremely harder than what we learned in class. The safety was alright apart from fights breaking out in the staircases and outside. Atleast the gym activities were actually good, and the food was fine. Though we saw a lot of roaches in staircases and lunchrooms.
The staff and teachers should be trained as different students with different disabilities or impairment arrives. Also, with kids that have not been diagnosed they should be trained to speak with their parents about it. I don’t understand how a kid can say that they felt mistreated by a certain teacher and not their peers and the teachers just address the student as the problem. Let’s just dig in and see the root of the problem instead of blaming the child for everything. I would like to add that they’re teachers and part of the staff that are very friendly and kind.
It was better than my elementary school. And there were minimal fights.
