Iroquois Senior High School Reviews
Rating 3.7 out of 5 92 reviews
This high school enabled me to join various fun clubs and student activities, the staff are honestly nice people, and the senior year trip was a lot of fun. I met some of my best friends here, and given our time apart in sophomore/junior year, it made coming back much more to appreciate. I have to say my favorite subjects such as English, and Art were diminished by the set course already planned for the year. I do think other various teachings and homework assignments would make the classes better in terms of valuable lessons. The same could go for History as well. All though not my favorite, I don't think it relays all the information necessary to attend that specific school. I was taught nothing in regards to the Native American culture, what really happened, any recognition on modern society. I really would like to see that change, considering the school is called Iroquois, and is on what used to be, native land.
Iroquois High School is great academically. Many of the teachers are very helpful and easy to talk to. They volunteer their time to help students one-on-one or in groups. There are many extracurricular activities for students to get involved in, and lots to sports teams to join. However, the school itself could use some modern updating and an improvement in their technology/computers. Overall, this school is great and I would recommend it to anyone!
Pretty great school with many class opportunities . It is small and you get to know your teachers, and you have many opportunities to join clubs and be a part of the school.
