I had an average experience. I spent 3 years over there.
I already spoke 4 languages before coming to this school. French was my weakest language; however, ISB improved it! It’s not like other huge public schools where you have to worry about your physical appearance and other things like that. The negative part about it was that I didn’t have any friends. I had low self-esteem and I isolated myself. I didn’t have that cheerful, high-school experience. Yes, I did miss out a lot but I made it!

International School of Broward is a very specific institution. Its main advantages are the international student-teacher community, French education track, it's a very small school (less than 200 students), so students can effectively build a relationship with a teacher. However, the small student population has more disadvantages, than advantages, for instance: no athletics, and clubs, no events, and all benefits, students of big high schools have.
According to academics, the school holds several teachers, who are very good in their profession, however, the school administration is unorganized, i.e. students have two electives to choose from, lots of gaps between classes.
The school has its pros and cons, there are a lot of things that student can benefit from, just like the French language program, but when we add up administration, facilities, activities, etc. We can call this school “poor”

The best thing about ISB, is that it's very diverse. However, the facility itself could use some improvements. The teachers are very involved and won't mind going the extra mile to make sure that you understand. They are incredibly kind. The food, however, doesn't taste good.
