International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is a free public charter school serving more than 22,000 K-12 students at 24 campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and College Station areas.

ILTexas- Katy Westpark High School encourages students to work hard, learn three languages and be healthy. They offer many sports throughout the school year including clubs. Most teachers make sure students achieve their dreams and goals even after they graduate. Classes include, rigorous thinking, better communication skills and knowing how to work with others. ILTexas also has a program that helps students to know and learn all the latest information about before and after graduation. Things like college, scholarships, loans, jobs and so on. Definitely helps the students in all areas!

As a Alum of ILTKWHS, I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this remarkable educational institution. This institution has undoubtedly set a high standard for academic excellence. From the moment I stepped foot on the campus, I was welcomed by a supportive and dedicated faculty. The teachers at here are not only highly qualified but also genuinely passionate about their subjects. They go above and beyond to ensure that each student receives personalized attention and guidance, creating an inclusive and engaging classroom experience. One aspect that truly sets This School apart is its commitment to promoting cultural diversity and global awareness. The school embraces students from various backgrounds, creating an inclusive and harmonious community where we learn from one another's unique perspectives. The celebration of cultural events and the incorporation of global themes into the curriculum help broaden our horizons and prepare us to be global citizens.

International Leadership of Texas, or as we call it, ILT, was a very unique school. It was a international based charter school that aimed to promote international relations with the inclusion of Chinese and Spanish language learning. It aimed to create leaders in society, but the execution was not quite there. The idea itself was great, but the management was irrational.

The staff are all very tired and do not know how to run the school in a stable manner. They resort to any form or punishment or restriction whenever the students do something completely normal for a public school. They care more about the image they are trying to hold up and their attendance. They have so many unreasonable restrictions put in place that just make the students dislike the school even more. The concept itself is great. I personally would have loved it, and I am sure a lot of the teachers thought so too until they started working.
