My school has made it easy to be at home and feel safe, while also attending a public school. I love the many different options that we are given, as well as the Dual Credit options that are offered to us.

Indiana Digital Learning School, or INDLS has pros and cons to it that some people might not think about, but the administrators and teachers do the best they can to give us all different kinds of opportunities. INDLS requires class connect sessions to attend class on online meetings where teachers can still teach the students the required content through talking, videos, ect. and the students have daily assignments they have to complete along with normal projects such as essays. Even if a student isn't able to attend a class connect, the classes are always recorded so that people can re-watch them if they need extra help on assignments, and this gives the students very flexible school schedules, while the teachers can also make sure they have all of there work done. The only con I think that INDLS has is that it's difficult to make friends during school, considering all the students are in a online school and come from all over Indiana, but I think the Admins do a good job at school.

I’ve been in INDLS since 1st grade and least favorite thing is all the writing assignments but besides that it’s a pretty good school

My experience with k-12 online learning school has been amazing. All of the teachers are so helpful and they make sure that you understand what you are learning. If you don’t understand, they take all the time they possibly can and walk you through step by step about the topic. I love everything about k-12 and i’m more than happy to be apart of this school.

It was a great school to go to for my entire high school career. Although, there were a few mis-steps on the school's part. Overall, this school helped me accomplish my goals of graduating a whole year early. One change that I would highly recommend, they need to provide more resources and opportunities for those who are/are planing to graduate early.

Honestly, I have been in in-person school for most of my life. I can say you do get more interaction in in person school, yet online school has been the best yet. I love that I can work at the pace I want and still be interactive with my classmates and teachers. I think that I am more cooperative now than I was in previous schools. There is just a unique niche to my school, and I would like to keep it that way.

It's a good online school. It's definitely not for everyone, this school in particular allowed for students to be very independent in their studies, but this method only works when students themselves are disciplined enough to do the work. I thrived in this school, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that takes their education seriously.

I liked the teachers were always available when help was need and class sizes were typically small so it wasn’t overwhelming. However not everyone was active in classes and that’s one thing I would change. I want the teachers to encourage students more to be active and participate in lessons.

I have had an overall amazing experience going to INDLS. I love how flexible it is with scheduling and how incredible all the teachers are. They even have a night school for those that might be working in the day for even more flexibility (and you don't have to worry about getting shot at school). The teachers are very attentive and quick to respond to questions and emails and explain everything they teach in a very understandable way. They also do a very good job at balancing the students that are advanced and that might be struggling with their grades with weekly help sessions. I give it 4 stars though because there were a few technical issues here and there with the school servers that might delay things like turning in assignments or even canceling school for the day due to server maintenance not going how they planned. I also wish there would be more in person events at the school to make things feel more connected. it is nice to go out on a trip with your classmates in person.

I really like how willing all the teachers are to meet you where you’re at. If you’re ever struggling they will always take the time to help you. I also love how many dual credit classes are available and how easy they are to adjust to.

At INDLS, I've never had one bad teacher or class. They are all so helpful. The clubs and extracurricular opportunities are great, although they could use more diversity. The only downside is that administration and counselors aren't always on the same page. Sometimes we miss out on opportunities, or get confused on what's offered here.

I like that you can do the work whenever it is most convenient for you as long as it's turned in on time. You have many resources to help you with the class work and small classes so that you can get the attention you deserve.

This virtual online school creates a safe and fun environment to learn in. Unlike public schools, I can actually focus on my school work without my peers distracting me.

Indiana digital has been a great experience for me.
They actually care about my education and often deliver a lot of 1 on 1 with my teachers.
Also has been very flexible for me, now I’m able to work and save up for college. I like how my courses are set up it’s easy to access. My classes are delivered in an excellent way, my teacher has their web cam on so I’m able to see and hear them. While I still have a bunch of class mates. Online school had surprised me and I absolutely love it.

I love being a part of the Indiana Digital Learning School community. It is an amazing resource that I think all students should consider. It has helped me become familiar with computers in a technology-based world. It helps each individual develop independence through problem-solving every day. The teachers are always helpful in every way school-based or not. Every class is fun but also productive. I learn every day at a pace fit for me. I am part of an accelerated program and can adjust at any time. I love being a part of all extra cariculars offered through the school even is it is online based.
