Indian Springs School Reviews
Both my children attend Indian Springs School as boarders. I’ve never seen my children happier. The school has a very strong music and arts program which both my children love. Moreover, the teachers are top notch, and more akin to what you would normally see at a University. The academic opportunities are quite exceptional for a high school, even including engineering and genetics classes. Additionally, the application process ensures Indian Springs School is a place for gifted children. Therefore, your children are surrounded by other children that they may consider more like them. The community is diverse, and seems almost familial. I would encourage anyone wanting to change the trajectory of their child’s future to consider this amazing school.
I am a current student at Indian Springs. I firmly believe that if it’s a student’s desire for a rigorous education and a safe environment you can find no other better than Indian Springs. The student and the faculty members are a family, not two opposing sides but rather two communities that have become one. The education at Springs is spectacular, if you want an amazing education with amazing teachers than Indian Springs is the place for you. If a student is willing teachers are happy to give personalized help to each students to help that student in their classes. The students are always open armed and ready to accept and make a friend out of anyone regardless of any label. We have made problems like drug use or alcohol very small but of course at any school no matter how strict there will be those problems and in most schools those problems are major. In conclusion Indian Springs is a safe and loving environment that provides the best education one can give to a student
Both of my children attended Indian Springs School and have benefited from its unique culture. Springs diversity is much greater when viewed through its international students. Students from across the globe come here and add so much to the experience of all students. Diversity at Springs goes much deeper than the color of one's skin, it encompasses different cultures, different values and together trying to work through issues of not just those encountered in a traditional day school setting, but issues of living with each other in a boarding environment. Respecting other people as unique individuals is the point of departure that opens up a path to understanding how we all need to work together to create a society that embraces differences, yet work together for the common good. Academically you will see Springs in the top 5 schools based on SAT scores in the country along with top 5 SSAT scores just to get in.
