I loved my teachers when I attended. They kept me intrigued but would not overload me with homework. The quality of the education prepared me fairly well for my current college courses. There was a surplus of sports and school organizations to get involved in for how small the school is. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Illini Central and I have gone back to visit with teachers at least once a year.
It is a decent school overall but with administration changing practically every year I think many students' educational careers suffered. Also, some of the surrounding school districts have a much more advanced curriculum and are a semester to a year ahead of IC.
