Staff and administration is far more concerned with earning the IB PYP designation than they are with the actual well-being of their students. It is a big professional accomplishment for them but the decisions they've had to make regarding class size, teacher hiring and retention and building occupancy levels have suffered as a result.

Staff seems to be hired more on their looks and willingness to participate in their putrid clique culture than on their actual skills, abilities or experience. Principal continues to hire brand new teachers with no experience and weeds out the seasoned teachers.
Building is old, needs many repairs and is severely over capacity.
