I like the community, and the environment. However, I would like to see a change in funding foe educational purposes.
I really liked that it was small. You could join whatever sport you wanted without there being any tryouts. You also get really close with everyone there, not just the people in your grade. They have an outdoor program called ICOE that lets us have a few educational days out in nature. They also provide many dual credit options for students to take. Some of these are online and some of these are not.
Idaho city highschool focuses more on sports and less on academics however, we are a close community and therthere is still opportunity for harder academics. My experience has made me college ready because we offer dual credit classes and I am graduating with 28 college credits.
