I Am's Temple Christian Academy Reviews
Rating 1.5 out of 5 2 reviews
This school gets 2 stars because it lacks proper care for the grades younger than Kindergarten. There is no way they should be functioning for younger kids without the proper number of staff, bathrooms, and space to lay down to nap. Their facility is really lacking as well and really needs updating and improvements for some of the classrooms, a real lunch space and gym. Kids do not have the ability to learn real important fitness and team activities that are so important at this age. The reason this school doesn't get one star is the academics are really top notch for the area and some fantastic grade school teachers are giving their all, but lack of care by management is evident by the number of years this school has stayed AS-IS despite the regular student turnover and parent complaints.
I prefer to remain anonymous. The overall experience is horrible. The water in the sinks and bathrooms is brown most of the time, the water fountains don't even work. The bathrooms are filthy, the school obviously has not been cleaned in a couple of years considering that in the chapel, if you slap the pews, a dust tornado comes out. They refuse to close the school even though there have been too many cases of COVID-19 to count. The "temperature machine" doesn't even do anything because they have preset temperatures. And even when they do close the school, they only close the class that had a student with covid in it. There are very few good teachers at this school. pt 2
