Huron High School Reviews
Rating 3.38 out of 5 85 reviews
From the very beginning the teachers and staff at Huron High School were always there to help me. My parents adopted me from China at 15 months old. I was very delayed in my speech. Early testing while in the public-school preschool came back with some concerning results for my education. The psychologist said that I may not learn or retain much in my educational experience. Everyone in the school district worked hard to developed IEP for me. This downgraded to a 504 which follows me through college. I have well surpassed any projected outcome to my education and currently have a 3.7 GPA after my first year of college.
Huron High School was an awesome high school! A lot of help and resources were provided to me by the staff and teachers. I was in the National Honors Society, where I got to be more involved within the community and staying active when it came to school activities. The education provided was extremely helpful to use in future life experiences. This school overall is a very great school!
My time at Huron High was great! They were some of the best years of my life. I met some of my best friends, and I even stay in touch with some of the teachers to this day. Overall, Huron High has spectacular staff, interesting course options, and a habit of making alumni miss it. The only true complaint about Huron High School would be the Spanish class and the teacher in said Spanish class.
