There are so many clubs at this school! I am in so many its had to keep count! We have a lot of community service clubs at our school which is amazing because we can help out the community and a lot of students get involved in that. Our school is very open about students creating their own club to help with the school and add new fresh ideas to the school! With these clubs the teachers who sponsor them are very involved and help out a lot with the planning that goes into it. The administration will help with anything if it benefits the student body! In student council we having meetings every week with our principal and we will start having meetings every month with our superintendent to help them connect more with the students. I am in chemistry bob, delta tri sigma, mu alpha theta, National honors society, junior civilian, spanish club, show choir, student council, and that is just a few I can name.

I love Huntsville high school. I love my kids. However, negatives exist. I think there are teacher issues. There are multiple cases when teachers do not enter grades into the computerized system and my kids' grades suffer greatly. I feel that sometimes this may cost my Sophomore son's scholarship opportunities. This is unacceptable. Multiple teachers have this habit. Some will not change the grade at all.
I have several safety concerns including student violence and weapons, but these incidents are not as prevalent as with schools in other parts of Huntsville.
Huntsville High School is where I’m currently going to school and it’s a pretty nice school. The teachers are all nice and very helpful, the selection of classes available enable students to get a jump on college level classes, the campus is nice and pretty well furbished along with the new Freshmen Academy. Changes I would like to see include, more clean men’s bathrooms. The ladies bathrooms are fine, it’s just the men’s that have urine literally all over the floor. That and maybe a separate eating area for the seniors to have since we’re the top of the food chain.
