I loved the teachers, faculty, and staff. Such an amazing high school experience! This school not only helped me realize my true academic potential but helped work by my side to get me to college and reach my other goals. The teachers WANT you to succeed and are always there for you. The administrative staff is always trying to lend a helping hand. And the clubs are student ran with the help of the awesome faculty. There is so much diversity at this school and so many programs to help you find your way and place.

Hudson's Bay High School has been an overall average experience. The teachers are ok but some stand out more then others. Their are teachers who go out of their way to make sure students understand and fully retain the information, rather then just remember it long enough for a test. As well as some are their for emotional support when students struggle with home and school life. The school itself could use more community but it is better then most schools. Still High Schools need more adult life classes to prepare the next generation. I can assure that everyone wont need lunch cooking class learning to make the schools lunch food, but more classes like financial algebra where they teach you how to do taxes and save money. I do not regret going to this school but everyone has personal adjustments.
My experience at Hudson's Bay was not what I had expected my high school experience to go but it was memorable nonetheless. I will always cherish the friendships I made while playing sports and simply going out of my comfort zone to talk to new people and make friends within my classes. The teachers I had the honor of being taught by were very approachable and easy to talk to and I wish I took more advantage of that to strengthen my skills of not asking for clarification when I needed it but now I just keep in mind that if they weren't here to help they wouldn't be here. But overall, Hudson's Bay has helped me to be more comfortable on being more initiative, and to step out of my comfort zone.
