My school added more AP classes for students to take. They recently add college classes such as Calculus. They have different clubs you can join. We share the building with six schools so, some of the sports have members from different schools in the building. However, I wish they would have a more flexible and convenient schedule. The whole school basically follow the same schedule. They force you to take unnecessary classes. I also wish the education would be more challenging. I didn’t really get a lot of homework and essays to write. A lot of the teachers are told to teach subjects that they never taught before.

The Hudson High School of Learning Technologies has a good staff and provides laptops for students, which is very convenient. However, there is a limited selection of advanced and non core classes, making it more difficult to attain an advanced regents diploma. Fortunately, this is slowly improving.
Some of the teachers are willing to help you move on for a better future. Some things I didn’t like is that most students have a fixed mindset which makes the school have negative look since most are failing, or dropping out, which we need classes that could them improve on their academics, for example, SAT prep, or mentoring class. I want teachers to push everyone not only those who are doing good since everyone should have a chance to show they are able to improve. I want the school to stop forcing students to take AP classes if they want to do then they could it, otherwise no.
