Students are directly on the campus of Howard university which exposes them to black excellence and allow some them to see what the end goal is.

This a great school. They have a loving community and a safe place for children and the teachers are great with getting through to the kids.

Review Howard University Middle School of Mathematics & Science (MS2)

I loved the fact that my school was on the campus of one of the first HBCU'S, which is Howard University. I loved the sense of community at my school among the students and the teachers that were passionate about their jobs and teaching children. Something that I would change is administration. Every year I attended Howard University Middle School Of Mathematics and Science there was a different principal. i would also change the social studies curriculum to a more Afrocentric type of learning.

I enjoy Howard University because it is a great school with lot of diversity. I have met great people in the school of business that have influenced my career choices and pushed me to do better. They have also influenced my growth in public speaking and presenting. The best part of the school is the connections you make and the network you build. I got an internship with AT&T after my freshman year because Howard pushed me to be great. If you do not have an internship after your freshman year, you are behind.

It’s a great school, but I’m just trying to win this scholarship, because the school that’s it located in is expensive as Hell.

I love the location of Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science. As a result of having the middle school in direct proximity to the Howard University Campus, these students are continuously surrounded by the epitome of Black Excellence. Although the students may not observe the significance and importance of such an environment, when they grow up, their level of excellence and expectations for their personal goals will be heightened as a result of this exposure. The Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science on the campus of Howard University serves as a beacon of light, prosperity, and promise for the ever so luminous future of the children who will attend it.

I mentor students here and they love their experience! I would whole-heartedly recommend this school to any incoming middle school student who is looking for success in the future.

This is an amazing school for youth. The location of being on Howard's campus can sometimes overwhelm the student participation.

When Attending Howard (MS2) as a student, I was given everything a middle school could offer a child for a successful future. Not only did I get great education with luxurious resources, but they gave me a number of other virtues to ensure my success later on, from discipline, to determination, to perseverance, and countless others. In my experience, (MS2) was made of more than just great staff that we knew as teachers, instead it was made up of teachers we got to know as family.

Very attentive whereas the focus is on that of the students and not a paycheck. I enjoyed how disciplined the children were and the fact that the staff was so organized. Thank you all for having me.
