Hovnanian School Reviews
Rating 5 out of 5 6 reviews
Initially, we chose Hovnanian School for our 2 boys because of its small nurturing Armenian environment. We were very thoughtful and intentional about choosing a school that came with a rich history that connected our boys to their culture. Over time, we witnessed their personality growth. They had become extremely confident, anchored in their identify and had a clear sense of who they are. Hovnanian not only expanded their understanding of the world around them, but also exposed them to a variety of perspectives and a variety of opinions. It gave them the opportunity to share different kinds of ideas, and to be critical thinkers, better prepared for life after Middle School. As one of our sons is graduating 8th grade this year, we felt that Hovnanian had provided him with experiences that went beyond just the academics, and that built on character development as well.
An excellent school! Our son loves small class sizes, he loves having discussions and conversations in a small setting while being able to get a quick feedback from teachers. The school is extremely safe and very nurturing. It is home away from home!
From my first days of Pre-K, to my last days of 8th grade, I loved Hovnanian as much as I had loved my own home. With the tireless efforts of countless teachers and faculty, I saw vast success in succeeding in my academic and career endeavors through the skill which were taught to me from a young age. I urge parents of young children to take advantage of the greatest opportunity they could ever come across: sending their children to Hovnanian.
