Hot Springs High School Reviews
Rating 3.55 out of 5 65 reviews
Hot Springs has the advantage of being a close knit community. Your able to communicate 1:1 with your teachers and other faculty/staff. However, this school has alot to change. It has a relatively poor academic support system often prioritizing sports and lacks funding for basic lab/class essential such as text books, substitutes, and equipment. The teachers have the potential to do so much for us students, but there is somehow always a form of resistance coming from the administration that pressures them to not fully being able to teach upon the basic principles of science and history.
My four years at Hot Springs High School has been amazing. My teachers have been amazing and push me to be the best person I could be. I've played sports most of my time at Hot Springs High School Including Football, Track, and Cross Country and really enjoyed it. My coaches were always their for me and really pushed my team to be the best we could be as an athlete, and as a person. I've been enrolled in my schools Army JROTC program for four years and participated in several activity's such as Color guards, Drill Team, PT team and Rader Challenge and really grew as a JROTC Cadet. My time at Hot Springs High School has been amazing and I'm blessed to be in such a great school who supports me on my educational journey.
I attended hot springs high school all four years. I enjoyed the environment but the quality of education is not the best. There are a few excellent teachers but others don’t even want to be there. The sports and facilities are amazing especially for a school of such small size.
