Horizon Science Academy Twin Cities

Horizon Science Academy Twin cities is a stem oriented school located in Richfield. Our goal is to create a nice and reliable learning environment for our students. We serve K-5 grades. Our total number of students is around 95 and there are approximately 15 students in each of our classes. A perfect classroom model which allows our teachers to spend time with students who need one-on-one instruction. We have in-school tutoring services for K-5 students. We perform STAR tests every month to have a clear picture of how students will do on the state tests. It provides us with month to month students data and progress. According to these scores, our teachers differentiate their instruction to close the learning gaps.

9:00 am: Students arrive

9 - 9:25 am: breakfast time

9:25 - 11:50 am: learning time

11:50 - 12:50 pm: Recess and lunch time

12:50 - 4:00 pm: learning

4pm: dismissal
