Hopkinton high school is a school where everyone gets along with each other just like family. It is located in a small town named Contoocook and many people have known each other for such a long time. This brings out the quality of genuine love and support towards each other and especially the sports teams in Hopkinton high school. Many parents attend games even when it is very far away which allows the teams to get pumped up to play! Graduated students come to support the athletes whenever they can as well. There are obviously pros and cons to the small school but majorly, the friendly quality of Hopkinton is clear!

I have had so many problems with this school.
-friends being bullied and the school doing nothing about it
-fine arts department completely neglected
-people only care about the sports kids
-limited class choices
-teachers making female students uncomfortable, faculty doing nothing about it
-terrible cafeteria food
-the dress code is biased towards boys and skinny girls
-hardly any extracurriclars other than sports!
The only thing I like about this school is the academics, though I have struggled a lot in many of my classes, despite being an honor roll student.
I love my school! I am currently a junior, and I have been in this school district since grade 4. The school is relatively small, with anywhere from 60-80 students per grade. Some people might see this as a negative thing, but I think that this makes us more of a tight-knit community and makes school more enjoyable. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very academic and athletics- based school.
