Hope for Hyndman Charter School Reviews

I heard some people from the Hyndman Parents' group chat saying they were going to make reviews about the terrible environment of HHCS so I figured I tell this story:
My younger brother was being horribly bullied by other kids. He had gone to the teachers about it and they did nothing, he went to the guidance counselor and she did nothing. Went to the "disciplinarian" and she did even less than nothing, having brought them into her office and forced my brother to apologize to them.
Now, a year later he comes to me and says that the kids that made fun of him last school year followed him home from school and pretended to cough on him.
If he gets sick because the staff didn't try and stop the bullies last year and allowed them to continue their behavior I'm suing the asses off that school and their useless staff.

I came in to pick up my daughter one day and there was literally no one at the front desk. I must have been standing outside for half an hour before a random student came over and let me in. The fact students are not only allowed, but HAVE to, come open the door for strangers is a complete disregard for the safety of the entire student body. A few days after this incident news was spread that a student had been manning the front desk (which should never be something that happens!!) and allowed another student to leave with someone who wasn't listed as a guardian who could pick her up and she ended up being kidnapped right there. This school couldn't be more unsafe if it tried.
The school is small and has very nice teachers and office personnel. Everyone makes you and your children feel like family . The food is amazing and they offer a summer program kids eat free breakfast and lunch all year . Adults can eat at the school for 2.50$ for lunch .
It is very nice, overall it has helped me very well so far. If I could change one thing it would probably be to get working laptops, as when we have online assignments there is always a few students frustrated at how their laptop will not work.
I like how we have very small classes so the teachers can help an individual if needed. Something I would change is the food because we need more served on our plates.
