This school is very low on students and because of this, it has taken away many great teachers. This school was also on the runner up to be closed down with few other schools in the Englewood community. I can say that the teachers that are left are very kind and helpful. They help us get through the day even with a limited amount of students.
Even though my school has a small number of students, you have teachers and staff members who care dearly about you. we have sports and after school activities for the student's of John Hope College Prep, we have many resources that are there for the students whenever needed. I feel as though by my school being in a poverty based neighborhood there are not a lot of things we can do and have like other school. If we have many more student's just maybe we can do bigger things, other than that John Hope College Prep is a amazing school.
John Hope is a school that has teachers who really help students want to succeed in life. The food is not really all that great but it is healthy for you. I would recommend John hope to other people because the school has a great Basketball team, and they won regional this year. This school welcomes people with open arms, and you have the school staff who cares about each student.
