More than a school, like an house: my house in the US. I began my experience at Hoosac last year when I was a Sophomore.
Since the beginning I immediately found a wonderful environment with polite people and nice teachers who helped me to fit in and know United States better.
I played soccer as my favorite sport but in Hoosac you can choose between several sports: we can practice like any traditional sport!
Next year it will be my last and I am sad to say goodbye to Hoosac because I grow up here and is a big part of my life. Probabily one of the best part of my life.

This is my second year working at Hoosac School. Already, I've come to terms with the fact that this is a place I can see myself spending my entire career at. The overall moral is limitless. Working in admissions, I literally had a family visit to tour campus and leave saying "this is the most welcoming environment we've ever stepped foot on."

Our kids are respectful, enthusiastic learners with a will to succeed. Working here has taught me that you CAN enjoy going to work everyday. I wouldn't feel this way if it weren't for the students and faculty alike!
I had my best years in Hoosac. I collected amazing memories&made lifelong friends. Hoosac prepares you for life. It shows you different types of people you will meet in the future, introduces you to diversity, and most importantly, teaches you how to stand on your own feet. Bonfires are a big part of the school spirit. The administration is extremely polite and always ready to help. Ryan Grant is awesome! Food is usually pasta/chicken/rice. By the end of the first month, you can hear most students complaining. When it comes to sports, Hoosac is really competitive. Most of us hated to miss the walmart trips on wednesdays because we had to be there for practice!!! Definitely, the school made me more athletic. I stepped into the workout room on my second year for the first time in my life :) Teachers are (although there are always some exceptions)usually nice and understanding; however, I wish they were all experts in their area.
