We are blessed to be a part of the Holy Trinity community! My daughter just finished 2nd grade and had a fabulous year! She received the sacraments of reconciliation and first communion and it was such a blessing to watch her grow in this process. She has grown so much in her faith and love for Jesus! She stated that she got the tingles and felt peaceful after reconciliation. After first communion she said that could not wait for the next time to receive Jesus again! She is excited to go to mass each day! She has improved academically very well in this past year as well!
I’ve had 5 children attend this school with the youngest just finishing 8th grade. Dedicated staff. Christ-centered environment, and strong academics combine to help form our kids into the servant leaders they are called to be.
Holy Trinity has been an amazing experience from the openness of the families to welcome new families to the clear vision of the administration and the commitment of the teachers. I would recommend Holy Trinity to any family.
As a parent, I am proud to send my 2 children to Holy Trinity. They learn in the classical educational structure and are given a chance to attend mass 4 days a week. All the staff and administrators are always helpful and friendly.
I have gone to HT all my life, and it is a great community. We are all striving to be better in our faith. Holy Trinity also just switched over to classical curriculum, which has help me and my peers to think deeper while reading classical literature, to seek the Lord throughout our whole life, and to build our characters as young Catholic adults. I highly recommend Holy Trinity for anyone who is looking to bring their kids closer to Jesus Christ and his holy Church.
I attended Holy Trinity from Preschool all the way to my senior year and I have loved every second at the school. The class sizes are small so the teachers were able to cater to my needs as a student. My classmates were more than just friends; they were like a family to me, always wanting the best in me. Most importantly, HT puts the Catholic faith first. They understand that the teachers, staff, and students are children of God and their one goal is to get all of them to heaven by helping each other along the path of life. All in all, HT is a fantastic school.
The school has an enrollment of only 100 plus/minus 20. The administration made a commitment to reestablishing a classical liberal arts program, but due to pressures from locals gave emphasis again to run of the mill public education styled programs, and let go a team of highly qualified, intensely qualified professionals who were hired to reform the school, seeking instead to cut budgets and hire part time, cost saving specialists, furthering a downward spiral of whole student focussed formation in quality education.
I really enjoy the opportunities that were provided to learn more about Catholicism, and it very faith based. Teachers and staff are helpful and alway willing to make stuff work. Teachers are kind and know as much as they can about the subject they teach. Student wise, classes are welcoming and feel like families.
Best School Ever. Amazing classmates were like a big family. The staff is so kind. We learn a lot of cool stuff and we get excellent experiences in class. I love having a religion course. I love all the youth ministry we have available to us as well. It would be nice to have our own sports teams though. That will come with time and more students.
My school is very small with my class being the largest in the high school with 15 people. It may seem like a negative trait for the school, but it is actually one of my favorite things about it. I walk down the hall everyday knowing everyones names, and having sometime of friendship with all of them. My class is like a family to me, we are all so close and have been friends since Elementry school, but we are also very excepting of new classmates. Since the classes are so small I believe that it enables us to have a better learning experience. My school is and has for awhile been having money problems, and with covid19 it is more than ever been showing its affects on my school. A lot of families are unsure of the future of Holy Trinity, but we all hope that it stays open for many generations have graduated from Holy Trinity from not just my family but many others.
Holy Trinity School was an excellent school to be a student of. I was there from Preschool all the way to Senior year. The academics, though tough, get us ready for a college level grading scale. The Catholic atmosphere was also good, though I felt the faith wasn't pushed as much.
A great school for great kids. Take this how you want, but as a graduate of HT, I can honestly say that spending my youth there and getting the education, work ethic, and beliefs that it instills has greatly influenced my life. I'm happy to say that I went there, that I went to a school that valued the education of kids above getting the newest/biggest gym, over having the largest enrollment numbers, above saying we have the best/most sport activities. I know that we had stronger educational goals than the surrounding schools and produced many highly educated students because of it. Many of the Alumni I know from HT over the last 50 years have been business owners, lawyers, doctors, CEO's, Ivy League graduates, community leaders and other things than people I know from the other surrounding schools. You will never be disappointed that you sent your kids to this school - especially for the cost (go ahead and compare it to other private schools).
They take pride in their sports and extracurricular activities.
Boys are treated differently than girls. Faculty is negative. No faculty-as-mentors attitude. No help for special needs big or small. Judgemental attitudes among parents and staff.
Theres a school nurse? Its fine otherwise. Bullying remains an issue. Some student and parents think they are better than everyone else and snub others.
They dont have a lot of choices but anyone who wants to join a team is allowed too.
There is still a fair amount of bullying. Office staff is indifferent and gossipy.
