First and foremost it is the Faith formation that becomes the fiber of each student! I have witnesses this front fro 2 perspectives... as an alum of 2 graduates and as a teacher. It is a tight knit community that really is more like family!
The teachers are so passionate about their ministry, that I can just say it is difficult to describe in words... it's simply JOY!

Student for 7 years. With each year, the quality of the school has declined. Teachers frequently leave and are replaced by people who seem to have little experience teaching or who communicate poorly with parents. The school is increasing restrictions for students when choosing classes including barring students from taking AP classes until 11th. Also, all 7th graders from the Upper School campus will be moved to the lower school. All lower school students have no homework. This is unwise and sets students up miserably for a rigorous high school career. Holy Spirit attempts to pride itself on community when presenting itself to prospective parents. The school likes to make a spectacle out if its House System, comparable to the House System in Harry Potter just much less exciting. Students genuinely don’t care about which house they are in at all. Competitions are bland with most students leaving early to skip an hour of boredom. I wrote much more, but I am limited to 1000 letters.
Cannot express how incredible Holy Spirit is. They are attentive to all the needs of the kids, provide a safe and solidly catholic environment and the teachers are amazing. As parents we have felt so blessed to find this school for our kids where we feel good about dropping them off everyday!
