Great teachers, support for all students, activities to fit every student, great combination of faith and academics
Holy Family is a great school. Their commitment to students has been exceptional. They stayed in the classroom during the pandemic, knowing that for many students that is the only way for them to learn. They went above and beyond to ensure students received a quality education while ensuring students overall health both mental and physical was a top priority.
I love the community feel, and the fact that everybody is so close. The teachers are more than willing to help you outside of class.
I really have enjoyed my experience at Holy Family Catholic High School. Transferring from a public school to a private school was difficult to say the least. I went into Holy Family with my love for God and my willingness to work hard to adapt to my new environment. Holy Family made it so easy to adapt to the change. Everyone was very welcoming and treated me like I was apart of the family. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been able to go to Holy Family. I don’t think that I would be as successful as I am now academically and in sports if I would have stayed at my old school. One thing that I would change about Holy Family is having the grades so separate. I believe that we should have more school bonding experiences where everyone can meet and collaborate together. I feel that if we make our school more connected as one we will be a very strong successful school for many years to come.
The Academics and clubs are awesome and most of the teachers are great. They get you very prepared for college.
Holy family has helped me grow in academics, but more importantly as a person. I have become more open-minded, outgoing, and confident. I am proud to be a part of Holy Family.
I love this school it’s a good place a good environment good people and a great community of people. The teachers and staff are very caring and nice to their students
a very good school with a good environment. a great student body. has a great group of diversity. almost everyone you met is so welcoming
I felt very accommodated for as I started my freshman year from moving out of state. The kids from other larger feeder schools were very welcoming and the upperclassmen treat the underclassmen with a good level of respect. Although the diversity of the school is quite low, the curriculum is very conscious of social justice issues and educate their students well.
I came to Holy Family my sophomore year of high school and have been here ever since. I have really enjoyed my time here and throughout the years I feel like I have learned a lot. I've gone through a few challenges in my life with injuries from soccer and the staff at Holy Family have really helped me and supported my recovery through these challenges. I enjoy spending time with my friends and hanging out with them. The environment here is welcoming and the teachers are always available to help if needed. Most have very open schedules and are ready to help whenever.
This is the best High School in the world. Amazing faculty who really cares about their students! While it is a small school, the sports programs still succeed against bigger schools as well.
It is a nice small school, with a good emphasis on college prep. It has amazing teachers, good classes, and a good community.
Holy Family is a very welcoming community. I was terrified when I came in as a freshman and due to unforeseen health challenges, I was gone a lot during that year. The teachers at HF are very accepting towards all people and wants each of their students to do their best. When I was gone the teachers and I came up with a plan to help me succeed to the best of my ability due to being gone and missing a good amount of school. With their help, I was able to get the work done on my time and I never felt rushed. They were all very understanding of my situation and I feel that is what made me feel like I belonged at HF. Holy Family is a great community where everyone is involved and we all become one family.
I love Holy Family because it has turned my academic life around, something I never thought would happen. I have ADHD and diagnosed major depressive disorder, so getting my school work done had always been a struggle for me. I wasn't getting the support I needed until I moved to Holy Family mid junior year. Through this transition, I have improved my grades and mental health tremendously. Holy family has set me up for success by giving me the resources and knowledge to succeed later in life. The teachers are incredible, as they work around the clock to help students in any way possible. The hallways are calm and full of natural light. The only negative factor would be the lack of diversity in many different aspects. If I could go back in time, I would for sure start my freshman year at Holy Family.
I love this school. It's so much smaller than the school I used to go to. The teachers are great and always willing to help. I play sports and have had a great experience on the soccer and hockey teams and this spring I'm going to try lacrosse!
I loved that Holy Family provided a sense of community for me and was able to push me academically and also get me out of my comfort zone. The Catholic values are preserved and taught excellently as well. Some things I would like to see change would be more classes that prepare students for the real world such as managing money, or more business classes.
Holy Family changed my life a lot, from being loud and rowdy to being calm and polite. I love this school and all the teachers and staff they helped me become a better me. If anybody was to ask me what am I grateful for I'll definitely say my school and the people in it. I am super excited and can not wait to be a Holy Family Cristo Rey alum. My 3 years at this school really made a big difference.
