Awesome teachers, and a great curriculum! If your child loves music there is a large music department where they can grow, and a lot of clubs and activities that they can do as well. I loved the football games (I was a band student) for all of the spirits that were shown in our section (low brass). Councilors are on hand to help students with problems, and most of the staff is helpful. I plan on visiting the band this summer, and some of the councilors as well to pay them a visit!
The school is fairly new. The teachers and staff try to drive students to go to college. Everyone is friendly. The staff is really good at alerting students for scholarships. Ever so often cops show up and the school is very protected. The school is a small community. Because it’s a small community teachers are more focused on students. During parent conference teacher would even suggest if your students need tutoring or not. The school makes you feel well welcome and the experience students are welling to help freshman find there classes. Overall the school is a very good school and well educated for students. There is always motivation to strive students.
H.M King offers many activities and resources for students to explore, to share interests and beliefs amongst other students. With the high schools amazing faculty, many things are possible for us students, although I have to disagree with our school district as far as the board members. Despite that, our school is a wonderful place for an education
