This school is a super spirited, positive, and welcoming community environment. The administration, staff, teachers, and students are supportive and work to build stronger connections & education! This school really cares about it's students and has amazing opportunities! There are many athletics, extracurriculars, and activities students are involved in which help them strive in their academics, team work, and overall self development/growth. With small learning communities, students have lots of attention & assistance on their overall academic experience. Hillsdale is super spirited with lots of rallies, dances, outside community events, and so much more! This place really cares about its students and cares so much that the community becomes such a tight knit community. The campus is also beautiful as it is outdoor with lots of grass and nature. There's lots of parking available and street parking, along the street there's also the Hillsdale mall & the Laurelwood Shopping Center
Hi, My name is Mahealani Stevenson, I am currently a senior and this is my first year at Hillsdale High School. I transferred during the school year from Las Vegas and wasn't sure what to expect. So far I can say that the teachers were really welcoming and helpful. There is also a great variety of sports and clubs to attend and join. So far my senior year at Hillsdale is going well!
I've really felt like I've found my place at Hillsdale High School. Most of my teachers have been incredibly passionate about what they teach and dedicated to helping their students. There are many interesting clubs, extracurriculars, and sports offered at Hillsdale; I myself have thrived as a member of the (very awesome) Drama department. But whether it be as a lacrosse athlete, Pokémon player, chamber singer, GSA member, or anything else you can think of, I promise that there's a place for you. There's truly something for everyone.
