Highlander Charter School Reviews

I have attended Highlander Charter School for 6 years. I started attending the school in 6th grade and graduated senior year at the same school. Highlander was one of the most welcoming environments I have been in because of the fact that it was such a small school with a few kids per grade. This was an advantage because it was easier to receive one on one help from teachers. Being at Highlander has opened me up. I use to be very shy and struggled with public speaking but being in this school allowed me over come that fear. One thing that I would change about Highlander is the fact that we don't have so much sports, clubs and activities. Since Highlanders high school just recently opened it wasn't easy for them to add clubs but I feel that it would be a great add in the future and should be something they should focus on.

Highlander charter high school is a small school in Warren, RI with roughly 400 students overall. All students come from a different background making the school diverse. The school environment is welcoming and everyone is super close like a family.
The school should have more sports and better academic learning for students. The reason why I say this is because the math learning is horrible. You are basically on your own and you would have to wait to get help from teachers.
