HSMSE is a good school, I feel prepared for college and it has taught me a lot. However, I do feel like some teachers don’t care as much as they should or don’t treat us as well as they should. Good things about our school however, is that the location provides us with a lot of places to get food during lunch and we are able to use City College’s facilities including the quad! The academics are really good and the classes that are provided are very diverse as well.

I have loved my time at HSMSE! The small school creates a close-knit group of kids who are very supportive of each other, especially by junior and senior year. Students also forge close relationships with many of their teachers and are encouraged to be the best that they can be by everyone around them.
