I really enjoy it because it gives you a lot of opportunities to grow. I have many friends there and we all have a good time. We get to learn about ourselves while we learn about the world. We have career academics where we can try out new careers to see which career field works for us. And the staff is really nice, encouraging, and supportive!
I have gone to Hibbing High School since seventh grade. They have a strong math program that starts as soon as seventh grade. Hibbing has a fantastic Key Club program that tends to do a lot in our community, even though it has gotten harder since COVID-19 has shut down many events. Hibbing has always encouraged us to do our best in and out of school. They have taught us how to be leaders not only in the school but in our community. They have great teachers and coaches that are always there for their students. Overall, Hibbing isn't perfect, but I wouldn't hesitate to enroll my future kids here.
Hibbing High School has some good teachers and staff. You can really tell that most of them genuinely care about the students. However, there are some more controversial staff members that have made HHS an unsafe learning environment. There is a vast variety of clubs and sports. The music and arts programs are lacking.
