Heritage Peak Charter School is THE BEST school that any of my 5 children have attended. The teachers are real and present to their students. That means they have real relationships with each student individually. I'm always impressed by the amount of time they give to my kids. Either classroom time or texting or phone calls they are always there for them. This has been proven by the amount of growth my daughter has shown in just the last year. And now she loves to read and loves science!
I also have to say that well, we all know that it's the management that trickles down to the employees... I have a huge suspicion that it's the principle that leads the teachers and the students. She is so sweet and so smart. I'm very impressed!

What I like most about Heritage Peak Charter school is the flexibility it gave me to get ahead in my education. Heritage Peak guided me throughout high school in my endeavor to simultaneously receive my high school diploma and associates degree. I am blessed to say that I was successful in achieving this goal because of the academic counseling and support from this charter school. Furthermore, I have heard several testimonials about how the flexibility of this school has allowed students to overcome various obstacles such as academic struggles, financial difficulties, and teenage motherhood.
I feel like there is a good selection of courses. My favorite were easy elective courses that allowed me to devote most of my time to community college courses. With that said, the special study options were a huge benefit to my high school experience.

In my experience, the academic counselors go above and beyond that which is asked of them. My academic counselors were always easily reached by either text, call, e-mail, or scheduled in-person meetings.

The workload and scheduling process was very easy for me because my academic counselor, Janet Potter, helped me immensely.
