As a freshman so far, Heritage high school is an amazing school. The teachers overall are very nice and willing to help. This school has a lot of clubs and activities to join which always makes high school more enjoyable.

This year, I have done very well this school year maintaning a high gpa. I really hope I can win this scholarship because my parents have been supporting me my whole life, and I would like to help them out a little. I’m so excited for college and I hope I can use this extra money for my school work. Thank you!

I think that Heritage High School was overall a good school to study in for high school. The academic experience I had at heritage was above average, but what made it fun was the students that go there. Unlike students from other schools, the student body at Heritage is very accepting and welcoming of everyone. The attitude that the staff and students express towards each other is incredible and provides for a wonderful learning environment. The teachers are very kind and do not hesitate to help with the slightest question a student may have about something. It is a quality school that provides great education along with excellent staff.
If you want a top-notch education, go elsewhere.

Additionally, racism among certain members of staff has been a problem in the past. I don't know if it still is because I'm an alum. But I can tell you, if you care about your kid receiving an excellent education, or if you happen to be a minority, a different school would be a much better idea.

The facilities are excellent, but that doesn't make up for poor administration and many subpar teachers. Like at any school, a few teachers I had were awesome and I have great memories with them! But the vast majority of the teachers at this school were complete slackers, at least when I was there.

If you care about your education, don't go there. There are many schools that are WAY better in the area.
