If you desire to go to a school that will be thrilled to meet you & your child but then say horrible things about your child behind the scenes, then this could be the school for you. They are more than willing to take your application fee & the time to go through the process just to inform you the grade level your child is entering is completely full. We experienced very little to no communication through the enrollment process. The school itself is nothing special, as many classes are out in portable buildings, most common spaces are very crowded & unorganized. The lower divisions do not have a common area to eat lunch. There is no sport affiliated programs through the school until the 7th grade, even then the choices are very slim. For the amount you pay for this private school, it is not shown through the experience we received during the enrollment process. As being grandfathered in/having a family member work within the school is your best bet to being accepted into this school.
On the Heritage Hall campus, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and cares for the well being of others. The academics are great and the teachers all genuinely want success for their students and will work very hard to see their students achieve their goals. Additionally, I really appreciate the adaptability of everyone at Heritage Hall especially as we all navigate our way through this pandemic. The administration works very closely with faculty and students to ensure that whether we are on campus or attending class virtually, all students are safe, healthy, and have a good learning environment.
My first day at Heritage Hall was in 7th grade and as a senior now, I am very heartbroken to have had left early. Overall, Heritage has some of the most supporting and bright teachers. Heritage Hall has become my home where I feel safe and encouraged. I have always loved that they teach in hopes that you learn to advance your knowledge instead of teaching to a standard test. It is however difficult for a lot of people, especially new comers, to fit in. The student body at Heritage Hall has become very focused on money and clicks. I hope that coming back to Heritage in the years beyond, I can see a change in this. I also hope that I can see a change in unhealthy habits among the student body like malnourishment and sleep deprivation. My experience has been full of ups and downs but that is what has made high school amazing. Heritage Hall is more of a community which has fostered for an exceptional environment to learn in, which is the best part about Heritage Hall.
