My experience attending Heritage was fun! The teachers at the school not only are there to help you academically but truly care about you as a student and your wellbeing. Spirit week was always one of my favorite times of the year, being able to have themed dressed down days and activities for your classes to build a strong relationship with one another. This school is constantly serving others and the community and teaching your kids how to be a leader even in their own neighborhood. Heritage has taught me how to be an example for others and how to put my special gifts into practice. The school not only provides an excellent education but also provides life time friends that will be with you as you grow to the person that God has created you to be. I highly recommend coming to this school to further your education and grow closer with your walk with the Lord as well. Heritage has taught me to constantly push myself to the challenges presented in my life but to push others as well.

A great education and great people. It is far from perfect, but no school is. Teachers assign a lot of homework usually, but all teachers are very kind and helpful and care about their students personally. A good, mostly Christian environment (I say “mostly” because of some students, but the teachers are all Christians and always open to help students with faith-related things.) It can be a little clique-y sometimes, but there are many opportunities to get involved and help with events and things happening. I came my junior year and it was a little difficult transition but once I found my friends, I quickly started to love this school. There are mostly great people and it is a good education. Although it is not without its flaws, I would give it a 4.5/5 if I could. Definitely recommend if you want a medium sized Christian school.
My experience at Heritage Christian Schools was average. Whenever a student would make a choice that would result in expulsion in most schools, they would only get a three day to a week suspension. I think that as a Christian school that is founded on religious beliefs, that include showing respect and loving others, the school needs to address certain ethical and racial issues. I think that the school needs to focus on addressing certain racial issues so that all students from any type of ethical background is educated enough about minorities to have some form of respect for these people. Personally, I felt that as school that was founded on Christian beliefs, some of the actions that the school makes don't reflect the Christian foundation. Whether that be in disciplining students or even certain books that students read in classes.
