The teachers and faculty were always available to discuss student progress. Wonderful music programs.
Heritage Academy has served our family well over the years. I have had a daughter and son graduate over the last five years. They were both into sports and academics. Both were valedictorian for their respective graduation years. I still have one son attending school here. He is in a safe yet diverse environment. He enjoys academic achievement and although not athletic by nature, has the chance to develop skill in sports by playing baseball on their baseball team. He is also able to participate in talent competitions. What Heritage lacks in fancy environment is more than compensated for by the strong character building environment that allows students to grow spirit, mind and body. P.S. My son who graduated is training as a nuclear engineer in the Navy and my daughter is about to graduated college with honors.
Teachers are extremely involved, challenging curriculum, and the spiritual component permeates the entire day - great atmosphere
I have been going to Heritage Academy since my freshman year and I can say by comparison Heritage underperforms in most aspects in the high school. Starting in Academics, there are no Honors classes offered so for kids who are looking for a challenge, there's hardly any option. You can take college courses, but on your own time and with your own money. I can also say from going there, I am not prepared for college in the slightest. There are no clubs besides National Honors Society and no sports besides Basketball, Volleyball, and Softball. Moving on to school culture. We each have our few friends and that's it. I have witnessed clear cases of bullying both on and off campus. There are some things about the school that have absolutely loved. I have made some great friends. And I've also had amazing teachers who love their jobs and genuinely care about the students. Those are the only good things I can say for Heritage, though.
They take health and safety seriously at Heritage
This is one of the best schools in Northern Kentucky! More people need to know about this place. I read they were ranked 16th out of all the private schools in Kentucky. I believe it. My daughter is a Freshman there and she loves it. My experience with all of the teachers and the staff has always been great. They really care about each and every student and their success!
It's good there are some students who participated in most of the extracurricularacrivities and some who don't.
The health and personal safety is good.
The school overall is great, but there are somethings that could be different.
The teachers are awesome, dedicated and just all around caring.
Our principal and office staff are extremely motivated to developing an atmosphere of both academic excellence and spiritual growth. The staff is awesome.
The small student to teacher ratio allows for a lot of one on one work. The teachers are all very involved in individual achievement for each student.
The school sets aside a class to help students choose colleges and fill out applications. The school also offers ACT prep course. Tutoring is provided by teachers on an as needed basis. The computer lab and library are available to students.
The school is very safe. We have several safety procedures in place and practice them with the students.
Bullying is not tolerated.

The teachers of Heritage Academy work at Heritage because they want to be a part of the team. They take tremendous interest in each student's success and have one-on-one communication to nurture the student's growth academically as well as emotionally and spiritually. They have a great desire to provide a thorough understanding of their subject. Some even hold doctoral licenses.
Heritage Academy is high regarded as a safe and happy environment for students to be a part of. Strict health and safety policies are followed. Students are cared for greatly when ill. The local police keep a watchful eye on the Campus of Heritage Academy.
As a Christian-based organization, Heritage Academy provides guidance counseling that crosses the barrier of student behavior to include Spiritual Growth which develops within each student a sense of strength that stands the test of time as they grow into adults. They have a multi-purpose athletic gym that provides a place for a wide variety of sports in addition to both a boys and girls baseball field on the Campus. Their is a media facility where large student groups can gather for viewing of major news events and educational curriculum as well as a church and a youth facility for Chapel and the sharing of youth arts throughout the year. And there is a year-round college prep course for high schools students to be engaged in and get resource assistance.
