I love the English department. Every teacher is so kind and genuinely cares about each student. They work to help us in any ways they can. I like the school schedule as well, regarding class times, how after-school activities fit in, and having four quarters for grades. Ford also has an amazing variation of clubs, all well-managed! I would like to see administration act kinder toward students. I’ve seen them completely disregard some kids and what they are going through, even though they claim to care. They care too much about getting kids to take AP classes for the money, and not enough about how the kids are actually doing in those classes.

The teachers are the absolute best! Very few (if any) don't care about their students. The office staff on the other hand don't care about the students. Many only care about getting kids in trouble. I hope they decided to get a new staff in the office soon, and many parents don't like them either.
Henry Ford II was a big part of growing up and getting prepared for college. It was very average, similar things experienced at every high school. There seemed to be many cliques and drama. Sport coaches, in my experience, weren't the best role models. I feel that the teachers were more focused on handing out papers and busy work than really understanding the material. I think teachers could try new methods of teaching, and be more involved with their students.
